Breeden Insurance Services

I wish I would have switched to Breeden Insurance Services years before I made the move. Customer service is great. They actually CARE about their policyholders instead of just collecting premiums and moving on. I moved my insurance to them while closing on a new home and they made the process seamless. 10/10 recommend!

Had car insurance with them for a while. Ended up trading my car in and trying rectify my policy balance and after making multiple calls and being told that things would be taken care of, was sent over to collections anyway. Edit a month later: I really wish we could give negative stars. I finally was able to supposedly get this sorted out and was removed from collections but then the carrier sent me another bill for approximately 6 times the original amount for no apparent reason…

I've been with them a couple years and can say they are a great local insurance company that helps you every step of the way.

Have been with breeden for many years but today im looking for a new insurance company because 2 times over the last few months ive called into the office to ask a question about my policy and both times two different ladies have been extremely rude and im sorry im not spending my money with people like this anymore!!!
