Always try to talk with a seasoned employee. They are a great company with great rates. Once I spoke to the right person the process was very smooth. The closing on my home was delayed due to the first person I spoke with even though I told her the date of closing and when I needed a Dec page (I am a retired insurance agent myself so I know Dec pages have to be done by closing) she stated it did not. She didn’t come to do inspection as she wanted to wait to ‘see if any other policies were to be written in my area so she didn’t waste a trip’. I spoke with a seasoned agent and he made trip the very next day and was extremely nice, got necessary paperwork done, and my closing was set. Simple as that!
