First I walked in and there was a funny foot odor....gross. Second the staff was very snotty and acted like I was not good enough because I only wanted a liability policy. So I will not deal with them any further.
Hard to rate when there is no face to face business.. They get my deposit every month and I get insured..I am happy with the over the phone interaction..
We have been with Martin Morris Agency for a long time. They are very friendly and quick to respond. They are always finding us the best rates.I recommend them all of the time.
