I spoke with Malik Harris and he was absolutely great. Malik is very friendly and was patient with all my auto insurance questions. He knows his job well, I’m new to the area and he answered all my questions satisfactory. I also came out of this connection with a life insurance policy and I’m still paying lass for the auto insurance I had before. Great job!!

I was out of Country on vacation and State Farm was trying to communicate with me about something. Upon my return, I called my Agent Brant Blessing and spoke to Christine who patiently explained that it was about internal changes and nothing to affect my policy which I've had for more than 10 years. She was a pleasure to talk to and knowledgeable. Kudos to State Farm for outstanding customer service and knowledgeable staff! Just went through 3 weeks of major aggravation with a bad oil change resulting in my paid off Tucson getting totaled. Justin assisted us in getting our new car added to our existing policy. He was attentive to our needs, patiently answered all side questions that arose, and even when there were things he wasn't 100% sure of (due to internal changes in the systems) he made sure to check with the correct channels and get the answers for us.
