I’m not sure where the 5 star ratings are coming from, but this was definitely not our experience. I rarely write reviews but in this case, I felt the need. Service at Brandywine Ins. Group is severely lacking. Responses sometimes took a week, and only after 2 or three emails, or phone calls were made asking for the requested information. I would think a 24 hr. turnaround should be long enough. There are too many other agencies out there that will provide excellent customer service without having to beg for help.

This insurance group has been phenomenal! I am new to the home buying process & they made everything so seamless & found me the best rates. They were very quick in responses & I am recommending to all my family & friends! If this is your sign - use them!!
