State farm is by far the worst insurance company we have ever dealt with. My wifes policy was transferred twice after Bob King passed away (her original state farm representative) and is now with Brandon. The representative on the customer service line was rude to my wife, and the gentleman I talked to was too full of himself to actually help at all. The policy somehow was changed from a $100 deductable to a $500 deductible without my wife's knowledge, and she was laughed at and told we would have to pay out of pocket to take her car to a BBB accredited facility. With the amount of money we pay State farm every year between home owners policy and car insurance, and to be treated the way we have is absolutely unreal.
