They are incredibly lazy and rude. They kept me waiting for an hour, asking for five more minutes, then took my number and never called me back. When I stopped again, they said we were not your current agent, so we didn't call. I already wanted to change my agent and insurance company that's why I came. When I said that this is why I came here to renew, she started his speech with a bossy-like voice and a commanding tone saying "listen". You didn't tell us this. I left a note and said i was here to renewal. she still starts her sentence with a harsh tone, "Listen." I still say, "I'm not your agency." I know that too, so I had to repeat myself because I wanted to change my insurance company.you have lot of insurance company work with and I wanna renewal and change my insurance compan doesn

Customer service is something that John Geiselmen must have read about in school, but never cared enough to take the time to learn what it actually means. January 2025, I get an email for my business, the header was fine, but the attachments were for another company who's policy was expiring...... so I called him to let him know that he'd sent it in error and the other company would like to get the information. John is too busy to return the call or even check his data because today I get an email letting me know that it's actually my policy that has an issue. The coward couldn't even be bothered to call me back until he figured out that I was on the main phone line taking care of the issue. I've only been a customer for 19 years, so it's not like I'm important. Just plain disgusting.

Tracey MacDonald has always been available when we needed service on our homeowners and landlord policies. Bradley & Parker found us a reasonably priced policy when others could not.

Do NOT use this company. I am part of Sanford Rose Associates (SRA) and was recommend to use them for all my business insurance. I had a potential client ask for Employees Liability Insurance. There was confusion with this firm about this as the state of Ohio is a Monopolistic State, meaning they do not offer Employees Liability Insurance, you have to get Stop Gap Coverage. I did not know this until I got on this conference call with this potential client. But this firms representative REFUSED to get on the call where she kept saying it had nothing to do with insurance, but workers comp. Turns out she just didn't want to get on the call. As when I got on the call, the potential client said it has nothing to do with Workers Comp, but I needed Employees Liability Insurance. I made this clear
