I won't lie or sugar coat anything, Ive been a difficult client and this office has gone above and beyond to explain things to me, even multiple times and multiple ways sometimes, lower my bill, and meticulously handle my case with close attention to detail. Answering 100s of questions and texts promptly and informativley. In-person appointments whenever I have requested. Im more than pleased with this office. I have 4 kids, 2 of them are already teenagers, they'll be driving within 2-3 years and going with State farm as well. There's no one else Id want or trust handling my teenagers insurance.
