Bowers has taken care of our family chimney business for a decade, maybe longer. We've tried going to other agencies and always end up coming back because they make sure to get us the best coverage at the best price. Not easy or cheap to insure a chimney business as we have a lot of liabilities and Bowers handles that hurdle flawlessly.

Grossly overcharged me for insurance for about two years. Only found out because state farm gave me the same covered for 67% less than what bowers charged. So I call to cancel my plan with them and they tell me I have to mail a letter to them.. I ask to use docusign or another electronic signature app and they say no. So I print out the letter, sign and mail it in like they request and they’re still trying charge me $100 claiming I didn’t send the letter. Now they threaten to send me to collections! Avoid this company at all costs!! 0 stars!!!!

Stacy Lynne is the one I always deal with & she is very helpful.

I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. What a horrible company. You call them and never return your call. I would look elsewhere if you need insurance.
