I would give 0 stars if possible. Mike has not once called me back after contacting him. I have to call multiple times to get ahold of him. He has not once reached out to review our policies, check in to see if anything has changed (our daughter is now a new driver), or help us find the best cost possible for our multiple policies. Nothing - no outreach or customer service ever. We found better cost policies elsewhere and we left 3 messages in 1.5 weeks to alert Mike of this since we were canceling our policy. No help whatsoever. Mike spends a lot of time on the golf course. DO NOT use him. It's been a dismal, frustrating few years in which he has done absolutely nothing for us.

Mike does a great job and always responds quickly if I have any questions or need anything.
