Bouvier Insurance, A HUB International Company: Waterford

I almost never write reviews. However, Bouvier Insurance has been amazing. Chelsea has been unbelievable. She is not only VERY responsive, but she goes above and beyond to make me comfortable, answering my many questions about my policy. She has great energy and charisma and she seems so happy to help every time I call. She makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend.

Caroline and Jackie recently helped me with an insurance issue I had. Their customer service was superior to say the least. These two women went above and beyond to ascertain my needs were met and also their knowledge in conveying to me what I needed to do throughout this complex process. Demonstrated customer service excellence is what I received, and I wouldn’t recommend another insurance company after this experience. I hope Jackie, Caroline and the lovely woman that answered the phone today are recognized for their superior skill sets.

I am the President of Gutter Pro Inc. Ct and have been with Bouvier Insurance Agency for over twenty years. I never had a claim in that time until last year (September 2019). When I needed them most they were not there for me. They did not follow up with the claim and when I went into the office i was treated like dirt by the staff. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. I have moved all of my policies and would never recommend this agency again!

This Insurance Brokerage company does not stand behind their customers. They hooked me up with the worst insurance company. The insurance company didn’t pay out my claim completely and they will not help me get my back thousands of dollars that is still owed to me..
