Very unprofessional and rude I called because my policy is ending and I wanted to renew and no one answered the phone so then I got a call back and the lady was very rude and hung up on me . I will not be returning due to unprofessional attitude very uncalled for .

I usually don’t post bad reviews but this place is unbelievable. Now I already have very good insurance and am not in the market to switch. I have a black Mercedes-Benz that I worked very hard to get and take care of. I cannot stand when I come out of a place and there is a flier on my windshield. You could imagine my anger when I came out and there is a magnet that some idiot stuck to my car (which I just had detailed) advertising a service I don’t need. I looked them up online and was going to just forget about it until I see the nonchalant attitude they take after many complaints about this practice, from blaming the victim of their vandalism to insulting people’s cars. What a bunch of unprofessional morons. You’ll be lucky if you don’t find your magnet super glued to your front door.

Great customer service from the employees at Bottom Dollar Insurance. The Employees really try hard to find you the cheapest quote on Auto insurance because there goal is to save you money. I really enjoy being a customer of Bottom Dollar Insurance because I save a lot of money on Auto Insurance every month!!!

They recently spammed our entire apartment complex by placing advertising magnets on every single car. I immediately threw the one on my car away. Our apartment complex is a no soliciting complex, and I don't think they understand that since it's illegal. Update: Phil Scheper contacted me via Facebook messenger with a screenshot of a one start review of me for my company because of my review. He also sites that I used an offensive term for one of his co-workers when I never talked to anyone at his company. He has no proof and is attempting to fabricate a story. I never knew lies and slander were a part of this company.
