I called for a quote and it just wasn’t the right time. However Renee followed up with me a little time later and we started a couple new policies. Wow was the transition seamless, simple and smooth. If all bussiness transactions went that smooth all of the time watch out. What a great experiance Renne. Thank you so much for making a painful thing to do so easy.

They offered discounts, but then service is ( no email responses) is slow. Then they only call to try to get you to buy more insurance. I moved and had to call them multiple times, email them, to get my address updated and remove the towing( have AAA). I ended up calling the after hours customer service and they fixed the issue the same day, had to call recently this week to get another change. I don't get replies to my email/texts.

We came out of church late on Christmas Eve and had a flat tire. Thank God we had both driven our cars that night so we weren't stranded. We worriedly went home in our other car. Later that night we remembered we have State Farm road-side assistance! On Christmas Day we called and immediately were greeted by a real person - not a recording or a robot!! She was very helpful and concerned about us. We all agreed that because we and the car were safe, we would wait until the next day to bother the towing service. There was a huge storm predicted for the 26th though, so we told the rep we needed to do everything as early as possible. She said 7AM was the earliest they were available. Gary's Towing called us at 6:30 AM!! We were at the church by 7 and the guy had the tire changed in less than 1
