Review of my cooperation with Bondability, particularly with Olivia Approximately three weeks ago, I requested an official written explanation regarding the reason my bond could not be renamed after I had changed my company’s name. Unfortunately, Olivia declined to provide an official letter explaining the refusal or the reasons behind it. I then asked if her supervisor could contact me directly. Olivia stated that she would pass along my request, but could not guarantee that I would receive a call. I am disappointed by this experience and the lack of formal communication, which I believe does not reflect the level of respect and professionalism expected in interactions with clients.

They make the time to completely understand my particular needs and offer a straightforward application process. They have earned a well-deserved five star rating for their outstanding customer service and reliability.
