Bollinger Insurance

Such a scam.. Our school insurance is via Bollinger and my child had an accident at school, so we were referred to Bollinger for covering her dental charges. It is terrible how long they take to respond to any query via postal mail. They never pick up your phone calls or respond to VM. Even on postal communication each time they simply send you requests for additional documentation and that too- One liner comments. (Perhaps its the case with most insurance claims) but to take it beyond courtesy of even returning a phone call is terrible.
