Bogan Agency Inc

Bogan Agency gives me the best rate for car insurance. I am paying $164 monthly for two cars in which I was paying $350 monthly for the same amount of insurance at State Farm. This is through Auto Owners who Bogan set me up with. He owns the place. Very honest man. He explained many things to me with patience. He didn’t try to sell me better insurance than I needed and told me to not get renters insurance with them but keep it were i had it because that was slightly a better price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for many obvious reasons and I encourage you to try Bogans!

Very unprofessional. Insurance agent is very hard to get a hold of, does not return phone calls, and does not provide customer care or service. The agent and the office only wants to sit back, write policies and collect your money. There is no customer service in this office worth doing business with them. Keep in mind 2020 & 2021 was overwhelming for many citizens, and most dignified companies stepped up and provided good customer care, but not the Bogan Agency.
