Bobby Pittman - State Farm Insurance Agent

BEWARE - stay away from this office!!!!!!! They cancelled our car insurance policies without our knowledge and we were driving around for a year without insurance unbeknownst to us. I haven't been able to sleep thinking about what could've happened. The agent of this office Bobby Pittman is NO WHERE to be found and hasn't been heard from in about 6 months so not even sure who is running this office. They are RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE and believe me your needs are NOT their utmost concern. Instead of owning to their mistake they transferred our policies to another agent!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY it's very suspect on what is going on in that office!

They cancelled our policy twice without letting us know. Said it was due to non payment but it should have been set up on automatic patent. No notice of cancellation. They didn't take any responsibility and lied that my ex cancelled the policy. Very unprofessional and juvenile. We were with them for over 15 years. Seems like kids run the office.

The worse office on the Planet. Rude, Argumentative, Unwilling to fix the problem and told me if I dont like this office to go to another one. Guess what I DONT LIKE THIS OFFICE AT ALL. uninformed. Terrible at insurance. Get a new job if you dont like this one. You represent Bobby Pittman and what a terrible Job you are doing. What a shame. I needed help after an accident and this is what I get. Thanks for all the extra work and time that I have had to do to fix your offices mistakes. Jess or what ever your name was RUDE. yelling at me and completely Unprofessional, and Terrible at her job and she hung up on me!

This is the worst agency to go through. I have had state farm for 18 years and this office has made more mistakes then I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them and I will be changing either agents or companies all together. If I could give less than a star I would.

Cynthia went completely out of her way to help me figure out my policy. I could not have done it without her. Thank you for your thorough work
