Bobby McLaughlin's Allstate firm has always taken great care of me and my family. Just like they did yesterday, for a simple matter. But they were there when we've needed the most as well. I am a customer of Bobby McLaughlin. My home was burglarized on a Friday evening or sat morning I tried all day sat and all day Sunday to get in touch with someone no return calls , on Monday morning I called bobby McLaughlin s office just (secretary) told me he was busy. I hung up and contacted Allstate by email and was pleasantly surprised to have a very nice adjuster assigned to me . I will never again use Bobby Mclauglin and will be contacting a new Allstate agent as soon as my claim is completed by Allstate. I want everyone to know not to expect any help from Bobby McLaughlin , I have been a customer of the Allstate trussville for over 6 years please be aware you will get no help from him signed Patricia shelnutt

Through the years this Allstate office has never let us down. Even though we have moved away from Trussville, they are always prepared to respond quickly to any request to make sure we have what we need.
