The worse communication within each other and the clients! They tell you what sounds good but is not the correct information! I’ve been going in circles for two weeks to figure out what is going on with my claim after a hail/ tornado storm coming through our town and still no Answers! I have had State Farm for years and always just stick with them because all my family uses Bobby Crosswhite. We have never made claims before so this side of stuff is new to us especially home owners claim and it has been nothing but a disaster! This can not be normal because I have neighbors already getting damages repaired and I can’t even get a correct claim # !

Bobby's staff is outstanding. I have dealt with three different staff members in that office and all of them have gone above what was expected. Jenn has taken the time to listen to what has changed with my situation and needs and makes great recommendations.They have saved me time and money and that is definitely worth five stars in my opinion.
