Bobbi Abbl - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been dealing with State farm for quite some time . However this State farm this office. Lacks professional standards. sometimes it's hard to get a hold of the actual agent, I do talk to her staff in the past I have been treated with disrespect. As a client I have walked in the office several times in the past and it's amazing how first impressions are important well we can just say first impressions don't work for this office. talked to her but her staff is non-professional. Have told me wrong information regarding my situation. However there's always room for improvement.

Bobbi is always so eager to help out. She is there when I need her assistance. sher knowledge and expertise is second to know. I truly appreciate the brick and motor office and the ability to be able to go in and see my agent face to face to find the best match for all my insurance needs

I requested a quote for my home. I was tild I would get the quote that eveni g/nite or thr next morning. I NEVER received the quote. I thought I'd bring business to the local community. I learned my lesson. I'm very disappointed!!!!

I couldn't speak higher of the employees at this office. They provide high quality customer service which I have yet to come across with other insurance brokers.
