Bob Winkler - State Farm Insurance Agent

Brought my documents into his office twice and both times they was not received which my insurance ended up getting canceled. When I called the owner was very nasty and ignorant.

I love they made sure I understood everything as we went through the process and asked me what I wanted clarifying the differences. Very kind and all around much nicer than other companies I've dealt with. I feel comfortable and confident with my policies. Megan was wonderful with my daughter in store and each agent is great as I've spoken with 3 of them in office.

My family has been using this insurance agency for years. They're great and they also offer the dollar a day insurance through Medicaid if you need that. They also offer other insurance products in addition to just car insurance. State Farm also has a banking account available. When I got my new vehicle they made everything so smooth all I had to do was just come in and sign some papers and drop off my payment they had everything else ready for me.

This company is Disgusting my Grandmother has been with them for over 20 years and won't help her with anything not only that but in the Middle of going thru claims for an Accident not only do they not pay for the full price of the Vehicle but the drop her over a Payment for a totaled Car that they needed to help pay for!!! Don't go to this Company their nothing but Trash and Money Hungry Fiends!!! My Grandmother is a Beautiful woman with a Soul of Gold she's been a Loyal Customer and they just threw her I dirt when she needed them Most. Screw you State Farm!!!

Bob is such a very nice man, so helpful & polite... I am EXTREMELY THANKFUL for this particular company! Honestly if it wasn't for the $1/Day car insurance, I wouldn't be driving! So "ThankYou" for making this Special Auto Insurance Plan available!!
