Excellent service... Wow! Wasn't expecting my experience at State Farm to be all the commercial cracked it up to be but it was all that and more! What a pleasant surprise! I asked if I could come in to review my policies. The woman I spoke to at the office was very friendly and accommodating. I know nothing about insurance but thank God Bob does. He explained everything in detail and saved me so much money without skimping on protection. Can't say enough about my experience but would highly recommend. They literally have me singing the song now: "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there!"
Bob has been my agent for years. He takes the time to help me make informed decisions about my policies and has consistently shown he has my best interests at heart. Great staff.
