Bob Vaughan: Allstate Insurance

I have no interest in going anywhere else. I’ve been with this agency for over 5 years. I have put many family members on and they are all happy as well. I myself have been referred by a family member. It’s too bad that not enough people write positive reviews for insurance because insurance isn’t always a fun thing to deal with. However, Bob and his staff have always delivered excellent customer care and they take the time necessary to make sure that you understand your policy and your options. Thanks Bob Vaughan!

Very happy. We switched to Bob Vaughan a couple of years ago after many insurance companies raising rates without any reason. Not only were the rates better, but very easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend.

I have been with this agency for years. Bob and his staff have been nothing but extremely helpful in finding me the best premiums and are friendly and professional. Anyone who feels they where treated unfairly, I can only think thay must have been very difficult to deal with.

It was good the first year but then prices continued to jump with no changes to our cars or driving records. When we would call to inquire, the response was they would look into and get back to us, but then they never did. Auto pay discount never came through and again, no clear answer or response as to why. Nice guy, terrible follow through and customer service.
