I just learned that my car has been uninsured since 2021 dispite the fact I have been paying the bills. When I learned this I was understandably upset. The representative frostily told me it was my responsibility multiple times. No sympathy or compassion for my plight. If she had given me some feeling of concern I would have calmed down rather than become even more upset. I am not stupid. I know it's my responsibility. However, I am switching to a more kind and humane group for my insurance.
