Bob is great in so many ways. He's knowledgeable in his field and has an understanding of needs that goes beyond the usual insurance agent - I was delighted to work with him in finding affordable healthcare insurance for myself during a difficult financial period. He also has terrific follow-up and is always available for questions. I'm very very satisfied with Bob's service. He's also a terrific guy!

I was in a jam with my health insurance and was ‘googling’ on the web one evening trying to figure out how to get coverage in place ASAP, and see what my options were under the new Affordable Care Act. I wanted a PPO plan, not an HMO, but nearly all the options for Qualified Health Plans through the Mass Health Connector were HMO's, not to mention how frustrating the whole process was. Out of desperation, I made some on-line inquiry figuring it would probably be a dead end, but the very next morning, when I was on the verge of making what would have been a real bad decision for coverage, I received a phone call from Bob in response to that on-line inquiry.
