Bob Folger - State Farm Insurance Agent

I switched to this agent around the first of the year and it’s been a bit of a nightmare communicating with them. They prefer a text message instead of answering the phone. I’m not sure how busy they are but waiting over 24 hours to get a reply message back doesn’t work for me. Seems as though they just want your monthly premiums and to hell with you for anything else you may need. Very poor customer service from this agent. AVOID!

Great service. I have been nothing if not well taken care of. When I was involved in a hit and run, Bob insisted the company should cover my repair under the uninsured motorist policy, even though I had no way to prove the driver was uninsured (for obvious reasons). This brought my deductible from $500 down to $200. They recommended s place for repairs, and it's, if possible, better than new. When I found a better rate for one of my vehicles, they cancelled the policy, no questions asked, and I just received a refund check for the last month premium, much to my surprise. I leave reluctantly. I am happy to say I still have two policies with them, and I hope to be a customer for many years.

After several attempts to get insurance on 20 year old motorcycles at gieko,the general,progressive all refused to insure them. State farm was on it. Another local insurance in crossville didn't get back til way later and then it was disappointing. Thank you Bob folger@state farm..not Jake, but Bob@statefarm...
