I had state farm from Jr and i was in a car accident he but in one claim he had the nerve to call me and he said that so an so came into the office and said i had had another accident why didn't i call . I didn't have another accident . He started a second claim. I will never go back to him or state farm

Bob DeRoche has been my agent for years. I noticed a negative review on here for him so wanted to balance things out with a positive one. I have moved to Manitowoc about a year and a half ago, we insured 2 new cars with full coverage a new 2016 travel trailer and also did renters insurance on our condo. When we had an issue with one of our cars after (a year and a half later) it was supposed to have been covered under our comprehensive coverage, but they had told me that the car we had an issue with was not covered and they only put it on one of the cars I couldn't believe they screwed it up, it doesn't make any sense to do just one car and then he argued with my wife that people do it all the time, these were new cars bought a week apart, I am so furious with and they refused to take care of their mistake so I'm out all the money I paid plus I'm out the coverage I should have had, I cancelled my policy the minute they refus
