I need to address an issue with the customer service I received a couple days ago. Minerva, the way you spoke to me was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. No customer should be made to feel dismissed or disrespected. This type of behavior is not acceptable, and I’m bringing it up to your boss so it can be corrected. Respectful communication is a basic expectation, and I hope this serves as a clear reminder.

On looking for new home insurance, there were several instances of agents telling us they would call us back but did not and we had to reach back out ourselves. They had the wrong square footage on record (almost double our actual sqft) and we corrected them with the right sqft. Later, when nearly going forward with a plan they found, we asked one more time what sqft they had on record, and they had it at nearly double again (would have cost us significantly more $$ on the plan) and we had to correct them again. After finally finding an insurance plan for us (was tricky because of unique house design) we were told 3 days before our old insurance expired that the plan they found for us actually would not work and they had no other options for us and could not help us. My mother in law asked me to come with her to check her policy because she only speaks spanish and the person who helped her wasn’t able to explain coverages to her because of language barrier . While she was being helped I asked a question in regard to the uninsured motorist mind you I was certified as an insurance agent and worked for farmers insurance. I asked what car she had put the coverage on, she said on both. I told her it only had to be placed on one and it would transfer, she was very bugged that had made that statement and proceeded to say it’s on the policy. Their more worried a corporate America instead of looking for cheaper Insurance for us. She spent the whole lecturing my husband instead of helping him find Insurance we could afford. They used really helpful. Won't ever go to them again. There not even worth 1 star. I always give people hi marks but not this time

An employee quit in the middle of changing my insurance provider and I was dropped from insurance. When I called to take care of the issue, Kayla was amazing and fixed everything with a new cheeper policy. Im a happy customer. I switched insurance companies on my own. I called 1 month before I ended my policy so I wouldn't be charged a prorated fee. They still charged me. I guess all the good workers that helped me sign up are all gone now. I'll be purchasing my own insurance for now on. To whoever replied to me. I called you well before I cancelled my policy so I would not get charged a fee. I cancelled on the date you told me, and I was still charged a fee. I used blue star because you used to know about insurance dates etodo...pero obviously you don't, otherwise you would have advise
