My husband and I been with this agency for about 4 years, I had a problem concerning the motor vehicles, I called what I thought was a great insurance company but the Latino lady that answered the phone for me was very rude, to the point I had to raise my voice because of the way she was speaking to me… Another agent ended up calling me back and helping actually solve my issue… but due to the first agent I canceled my policy with them because the level of disrespect was unacceptable…. I want a agency that I’m paying to care about their policy holders…

I moved to Corrigan some 4 years ago on the advice of my brother who has been with them for over 40 years. My goodness, what a difference from every other insurance company I have ever used. We are on a first name basis, I feel as though I've known Sharon and Jackie all my life. Not only do I have the best rates but I have the best agents. Before moving to Corrigan I had checked on rates and nobody could come close. I thought the service would suffer, but I was very wrong. It is the best service I have ever received from an insurance company. And they know the business, inside and out. They check with me yearly to make sure my policies are up to date. I trust these folks completely and will never leave.

I have been with the Corrigan Agency since 1989 consecutively, and I attribute that tenure to Sharon Meadows. She is always there for me with whatever insurance issue or advice I may need. I always feel she has my back and recommends ways to cut my costs and I value that. I have recommended her to all my family and friends over the 32 years and all are still with Corrigan. They are always responsive and always get back to you. I have checked on getting better rates and they are always competitive and I have never left and probably never will. I can't say enough about these people.
