Blue Ridge Risk Partners

I urge anyone looking at working with this company to consider alternatives. They are merging with Blue Ridge and no one knows what’s going on within the company. I initially chose this company to support a local agency. Now the company does not seem to care about their customers. I have tried reaching out to the person who first wrote my policy as well (Ricky) and received no response. This has been ongoing for three months now. Writing a negative review isn’t done lightheartedly. I really do not want anyone to have the experience I have had.

This is by far the most helpful insurance office that I have ever been to. From day one in 2013 when I first opened a policy with them until today, when I still have a policy only I have added and taken away vehicles and added a driver. I have never had a bad thing to say about this office. If you walk in or call you never have to worry about bad service from anyone here

Assurance was very good at explaining everything to me and for my needs they were by far the cheapest insurance to cover my renter's insurance and vehicle
