Sarah Leorna has been my agent for car insurance as well as liability insurance and bonds needed for my small business. Damian is absolutely amazing very quick turn over time, very professional and responsive. I wish I could say the same for the owner Brian and Kaitlyn but HORRIBLE experience. Kaitlyn is not as responsive and turn around time lags. I recently had a lot of credits back to my account and had some questions regarding the numbers, which were super confusing because I was given the wrong information from my agent Kaitlyn. I spoke with the owner Brian to attempt to help me understand the price jump And when I kept asking him questions regarding me, not understanding how one number got to another number He got super frustrated.
