I treat them nice, and they treat me nicer. Staff is caring, intelligent and good listeners. It has to be that way since I have given much of my l health choices over to them and their work. You phone and they answer right away. And they do their best to retrieve the answers that you want and need.

We haven't been able to get our daughter in for her 4-year check up (she's almost five) because they have created such a convoluted system that makes it nearly impossible to know that you will have coverage. They discontinued their contract with her first pediatrician without notifying us, have sent us to multiple doctors with no availability. And then there's the coverage - if the doctor's under them, the clinic isn't. If the clinic is, the doctor isn't. We've called with the same question and literally get a different answer every single time. If this wasn't the company my husband's work uses we would have left a long time ago.

Show Blue Cross Blue shield tells me to go from one tear to the second tier well the first tier is $140 a month second tier is $240 a month and I believe the third tears $340 a month I'm a single male I should not need to go any higher in tier's trust me they giving me enough tears so now this is going to cause me to go off my meds Harley's taper off my meds the right way with the last of what I have because it's so damn expensive

Terrible customer service. Terrible coverage. Terrible insirance.

I was lucky enough to transfer to my husband's (much cheaper!) insurance after a long time as a customer. However I am still getting mail sent to the wrong address and nobody could help me when I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. I don't want my mail with my private information getting sent to the wrong place! It is a violation of my privacy! There needs to be a major overhaul of their record keeping if those type of mistakes are being made!
