Tinny Pillay made the process of deciding about insurance much less stressful. His answers to my questions were easy to understand and that in itself just made it less stressful. I almost missed the deadline and I know they were so busy but he never rushed me. Super nice folks here. Great office staff too as well as my previous agent Valerie Wilkins.

God forbid you ever need information about your plan in a timely fashion. Waited between three different phone banks for 2 hours only to have the automated system tell me that the call had ended. Did manage to get at least one person who said she couldn't help me and transferd me to another phone bank. Not sure what my coverage is or what my number is, guess I'll wait off this potential medical emergency until Monday between 7am and 7pm assuming anyone bothers to pick up the phone.
