Blue Cross Blue Shield in CA

I was trying to get pricing on rates and the customer service was very rude and hung up on me 4 times! It wasn't an accident just rude. Is this a scam office?

Got on the phone with someone as soon as i mentioned I wanted to cancel my insurance they ended my call so I kept calling and my number was blocked that the hell is this!!!!!!

Not a bad insurance company to be with, you're going to have to pay for certain things though like xrays. And they also don't have an emergency room in some places like roseville which they should. They do have many urgent care options though so hopefully those will help.

How dare you allow my lab work to not be paid for my annual visit??? I pay for my premiums through my employer so there is no reason this happened. Shame on you!
