Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota | Virginia I Claims Center

I have become super frustrated with this company. My hospital has sent a claim to them 5 times in 90 days. Each time Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota receives the claim they report the claim was submitted incorrectly and myself, insurance, and the hospital all get on a call, resolve the issue (supposedly), and confirm everything the new submitted claim is okay and we resubmit the claim again. 5 time now....if Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is helping me every time, why is the claim then still incorrect?...30 days later when I call them for an update? It also takes 1-2 hours every time you call to complete this process. And 30-45 days of waiting 'for the process to work itself out' in between calls. Unfortunately, patients like myself do not have 30-45 days x 5 to 'wait for
