Recently, when homeowners' insurance rates increased across the industry, I reached out to the office. Kevin went above and beyond, reviewing our policies to secure a rate for both our home and auto that actually beat their top-tier competitors. Beyond the savings, the true value is in their support during a crisis. Whether it’s an auto accident or storm damage to our home, the team makes the claims process feel seamless and stress-free.

Jared in the Springfield office was so helpful. He answered all of my questions and was forthcoming with all information so I wouldn't have any surprises or hidden fees. We switched to State Farm after using one of those highly advertised online companies, not a great experience, customer service was even worse. State Farm rates were good, and the customer service is amazing. Leslie was so helpful answering questions and making sure that we were happy every step of the way, she sold us on Stare Farm. 5 Star Service.
