Blake G. Hancock: Allstate Insurance

I would give fewer stars if possible. I've had Allstate Car Insurance ever since I was on my own insurance policy (over 13 years). I recently got into a car accident, the first one I've ever been in, and Allstate is denying coverage. When asked where in my policy (I had it in front of me) was the reason they were denying me, they sent me a different policy that didn't have my signature on it. Insurance is always shady, but this is a new low. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL DENY YOUR CLAIM!!!

Allstate is a great company with very service oriented agents. I have worked with Blake and his team for over a decade and it has been a pleasure. I switched companies based on a recommendation from Ginger (former agent) and recently have been working with Kamee, Cassandra and others, and they have all been great. Great job Allstate and Blake Hancock, you have put together an outstanding team, and continue to provide some of the best products and coverages in the industry.

I have dealt personally with Shanon, Kamee AND Blake and I can honestly not tell you which one helped me more. No matter who I talked to my questions were answered professionally and joyfully. SUCH A GREAT AND AMAZING TEAM!!! Who in their right mind wouldn't want to work with these guys. Even when tings don't go smoothly at first, they always find a way to make it better and reassure WITH ONFIDENCE that they are there for you and you're not just a number but an actual person that they care about. Thank you all for EVERYTHING!!!!!
