Should have heeded the advice of the previous poster. These people really are 'challenged.' It's amazing the broker/owner doesn't oversee his staff in order to minimize mistakes, lack of courtesy, and common sense. Go someplace else. ANY place else.
I get the best insurance prices from them! I tell people how much i pay and they are astounded. They always ask me for their phone #!
