Bishop Insurance

Have dealt with and been happy with prior service for liability insurance. Was hoping for that same great service for my home and auto policy. Called in March around the 22nd, to get a quote and was told they couldn't give me one until I was within 30 days of current policy that was ending on April 28th and that they would call back in a week with a quote. Two weeks later I got an email that asked if I still wanted a quote I responded yes. Got no response. I called again and was told they had been too busy and I would hear from them in a week. Did not get a response again. Ended up renewing with my current company due to reaching my current policy expiration date. Saddened was hoping to support and do business with a local company.

Rose St. Claire at Bishop Insurance is always willing to sit down with me to answer questions. She is patient and uses her experience in the business to find answers and help with paperwork. I really appreciate the time she takes to help me, and I feel like I am treated very professionally when I walk in with a question. It's really great to be able to have a real person right here in town to talk to. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and dont make me feel like I'm wasting their time.

I contacted Bishop needing a super quick turnaround to get set up with new business insurance. They worked very hard to get a policy for me right away, despite several hoops they had to jump through to do so. I would definitely recommend Bishop!
