Terrible company. Been using them for 18 years for home owners. Unfortunately had to file 2 claims this year for water damage to my home. They just sent me a notice of non -renewal after paying them for 18 years. So if you actually need to use the insurance , they cut you off. Well 2 can play at that game. I'll be sending them a notice of non renewal of my car insurance I have had with them for decades (2 cars). Don't get much for customer loyalty these days. Avoid this company.

James was very helpful throughout the process of obtaining two insurance policies for a one night event we're hosting at a third-party facility. He explained the coverage needed and was responsive in answering any questions I had.

I was shocked to see the increase in my homeowner's insurance. I stopped by the B&L office just to get some information and also to update a different policy.
