I want to give a big shout to Andrea that works in this agency. She is honestly the most courageous, kind, patient, and understanding person that has helped me with finding the best insurance for my car. She never got fustrated with me or inpatient when I asked her questions, she always made sure I understood 110% of everything that I needed to know and she also took time out of her hand to help me find the best insurance. Guys when you do go through this agency do your self a favor and ask for Andrea I promise you she’s the best.

It’s amazing how unprofessional this agency has become since Leah left us. Every time I call I either get someone rude on the phone or have to call back over and over again. 3 times I have called for a quote and have yet to get back a response. I have been using this agency for years and the new hires or who ever is in that office needs to be trained properly when it comes to customer service.
