Had a terrible experience with this agency. The agent that I dealt with was not professional at all. After I had added my husband to my policy so that I could drive his car, I had to call to cancel because his policy had automatically added me to his plan, and we actually did not need him on my plan for this vehicle. The reason why I wanted to add him to my policy instead of cancelling and going with his is because Erie insurance had been so great and I had used them for years. During the phone call this agent stated "your husband should be more informative to you" when I explained the situation. I am pretty sure it is not an agents place to inform me of what my husband should be doing or giving personal opinions on my personal life. We went back and forth in emails on canceling the pl

Mike and his staff are wonderful people! Mike was first able to help my fiance and I with our car, home , and business insurance. He was able to help us save a good amount of money. Then Mike helped me to understand life insurance and find a policy that fits my needs.
