I’ve worked with the Billye Rolland State Farm office in Lincolnton several times now, and every experience has been great. Brittany has helped me most recently with switching insurance between my vehicles, and she was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful the entire time. I’ve also worked with Seth before and had the same positive experience. Everyone I’ve talked to at this office is welcoming and easy to work with, which makes handling insurance a lot less stressful. I really appreciate their customer service and the way they treat people. Highly recommend this office and especially Brittany & Seth for anyone needing insurance help.

back in December I had a deer run out in front of me while taking my kids to school. Bumper, headlight and assorted other damage to my Tesla. I messaged my State Farm agents and they had started working on everything even before I got home. Before lunch I had everything scheduled. The longest time came with having to wait for my appointment at the repair center. Once it was there, smooth sailing. After hearing horror stories from others with Tesla's I have to admit, I was worried. But those worries were unfounded. Between a business, a house, several vehicles and a commercial property rates, coverage and dependable service are very important. When I made a switch to get away from from high rates, terrible coverage and poor service Crystal at this State Farm office was second to none. She was very educated on coverage and language and she asked the right questions so that we could ask the right questions so that we can get to the coverage that we truly needed. I have been a client of theirs since I started driving and my parents since long before that. They are all amazing, but my girl Billye has always made things quick and easy! It’s nice to talk walk into a place and feel like you are family and that’s how it has always felt with them!!
