Mr Temple was very friendly. After talking with him just a few minutes , I felt like I had know him forever! He showed a genuine concern for wanting to help meet our insurance needs. He was willing to share all that he knew about coverages, and went to great lengths to ensure that we understood our policy. If I didn’t have to file a claim I would leave a 5 star review. It’s a great place to send your money so you can say you have insurance and waive your card. But god forbid you have to ever use your insurance. Worst policy ever. Last year I pulled quotes and thought about switching since I pay such high rates here. I received quotes for half of what I pay here. My husband talked me into staying spite the high rates because we love Billy and believed in him. During the strong winds this year we lost sections completely on our roof and 90% of the roof has devastatingly loose shingles. They sent a guy out who drew a small square on our roof that didn’t account for half the damage and promised to send another guy out to reevaluate the damage. Which they never did.
