Tina, Jade, and Bill's entire team are some of the most professional and kind-hearted people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. It's a rarity in this day and age to prefer calling someone to working with the app. They always return your calls promptly, and I feel like they genuinely care about us like friends or family, not just as a customer. Tina has been with us through every milestone and catastrophe, and just hearing her voice alone gives us peace of mind. I tell everyone, including people who use other state farm branches that this is the only place I'll ever use for insurance.
