All I can say is Wow, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would!!! Worked with Kristi and Karen and it has been by far the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. They take service and customer care to the next level, they without a doubt are second to none in my book!!! Glad I finally found the right place for all my insurance needs!!!

As a former Corporate Purchasing Manager with a leading global corporation, I have alway tried to select companies that excel in customer service. Based on this critiea, I have to say Lynn and the other agents at Bill Lovell, exceeded my highest expectations. I tried every negotiation strategy possible to get the lowest insurance rate possible for my vehicles directly with a world class insurance company , only to find the answer to my quest for the best value , through working with th'e Bill Lovell insurance company. It looks like the big corporations use call centers using multiple agents that often don't often go through all of the options and fully explain cost related to features, along with how some features can be provided by using some of your other personal insurance coverages. T
