The State Farm Office of Bill Gomez is great! They are very personable and professional! I would highly recommend for any and all of your insurance needs.

Called multiple times to make changes after my policy went up from 400 to 700 a month. The representative said she submitted changes- called weeks later to verify and no change was made. They took down all information again to hopefully this time actually make the change. Called today two weeks later and representative said she was still waiting on under writers- left me confused b/c it had now been two weeks!! I then kept questioning why nothing was getting done and she didn’t have a clear answer then apparently got frustrated with me and hung up the phone. Wow!! I’m not sure what to say

Dealt the most with Sunshine & Chantal and they’re all wonderful. Quick to respond, great protection for our home and earthquake and may switch for our cars as well as we’ve been able to save a lot on premiums. Really excellent customer service, sends you a birthday card etc. just great office to work with.

We chose State Farm a few years ago for our homeowners insurance, They were comparable with pricing to Farmers and very quick with getting our policy set up when we purchased our home. Since then we’ve had changes to vehicles and every time we changed something, the staff was very knowledgeable with discounts and what the pricing changes would be. Shantel Just helped us with a quick payment on our earthquake insurance, she remembers me every time and knows our policy well; she even suggested other ways to get additional discounts. I’ve been with this local State Farm insurance (auto only on two vehicles) for over 25 years. I was late on a payment once in that time due to the death of my mother. I got a phone call on July 3rd from this insurance office notifying me of the late payment. I requested them to give me 24 hours to make the payment but no, death isn’t a reason for an extension for the first time in over two decades. The woman from this State Farm office said “well, hope you don’t drive because you won’t have insurance at midnight.” Rude, cold, heartless. I obviously jumped up from my sleep, I work nights, and made the payment because I cannot be without auto insurance. This isn’t the first “bad customer experience” I’ve had with this company but the most disappointing. I do not recommend this company unle
