I have been working with Melissa Donovan at Bill Flinn Agency for five years. She initially helped me switch insurance carriers for my auto, home and umbrella coverages and saved me $500 per year with equal or better coverages. She has helped me make several enhancements to my coverages over the past few years. She tries to understand what your needs and exposures are so that she can offer you the appropriate coverages. She does not oversell you some coverages that you do not need. She recently helped me with a homeowners policy for my new house that I am currently having being built.
