Bill Carter - State Farm Insurance Agent

Let's be very clear you are who you represent. My family has dealt with State Farm all my life; Essentially with Bill Carter. As a 2/3 car and home owner, I'm telling you to chose another insurance company. State Farm will leave you stranded on the side of the road, will not repair your home from storms or natural disasters, your premiums will continue to sky rocket without or without claims. State farm will fight you tooth and nail not to pay you as if they are not insuring you for your money. While Bill is personable, pick someone else because as a young home owner with other references this is not it. If you have a Farm choose State Farm other than that, go with someone else. #Live&learn #You'vebeenWarned

No reflection on Mr. Carter.....or is it? I'm so big on customer service that I do not appreciate having to say Hello first or repeat myself three times and enter an unattended room when the Lady with the office on the right failed to get off the phone, to come out to Greet us as potential customers of Mr. Carter. She yelled from her office to ask us what we wanted. I paused hoping she would gracefully come to where we were sitting so that we didn't have to yell back to her since it was very unprofessional for her to be doing it...as if I'm yelling for a beer at a ball game. And there is a such thing as confidentiality, even for insurance or help we needed. The other associate was on the phone with her door closed. I called to help a customer who had bought a car add it to their insurance. Mr Carter answered the phone was friendly and made me laugh. It was a pleasure to speak with him. That does not happen that often when you call an insurance office they are usually all business, but Mr. Carter made it pleasurable and I was impressed. Would recommend him to my customers.

This company used to be the only insurance I would ever consider when it came to getting insurance on a vehicle and now this is the last company I will even think about. They don’t appreciate their customers. You should never tell your customers that they aren’t profitable. Especially when they’ve been with you for over 10 years.

The ladies at that office go above and beyond for their clients . Very friendly and best rates . Thanks for your wonderful customer service
