We have been with State Farm for over 15 years, and the level of service we’ve received has been unmatched. When we moved to Texas six years ago, I was afraid to switch agents I worried that a new State Farm agent wouldn’t provide the same level of service as our previous one. After searching for agents, I was lucky enough to find Betty Cole’s agency. The employees there are amazing, and the service they provide is incredibly personable. Every time I’ve called, they’ve answered the phone, and if they weren’t able to, they called me right back. Each time you call, they know you by name just by hearing your voice.
